The Team
The Managing Director
Prior to setting up the Formscape business, had 15 years in plastering & drywall contracting, working as a quantity surveyor with regional contractors based in the area.
This invaluable experience enabled him better to understand the needs of our contracting clients when Formscape was first established in 1998. He has overall responsibility for the management of contracts, quality control and tendering procedures. In addition to being well respected within the industry, he is highly thought of by the Formscape staff.
The Office Manager
Is a skilled and experienced administrator who looks after staff and administrative affairs. She provides the organisational abilities necessary to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes and also has a liaison role with on-site workforce personnel.
The Senior Surveyor
Looks after all aspects of surveying and tailors that aspect of administration to the individual requirements of each customer’s systems. Having had many years’ experience with large specialist contractors and builders in the Southampton area, he offers a wealth of management experience and hands-on know-how.
The Contracts Manager
Brings a range of experience in the construction industry and a keen sense of commitment. This key role in the day-to-day management of our contracts includes co-ordination of site resources and delivery of materials. His regular supervision and liaison on site, combined with close communication with management, is paramount to efficient completion of our projects.

Are all carefully selected and renowned for their skills and ability to produce outstanding quality of work within the often tight timescales allowed. Our tradesmen have the skills, knowledge and experience to ensure the correct system is applied in any given situation in their specific area of expertise.
